Golden Rock

Hey Everyone! So, last night I had a great meal at Golden Rock in Nevis, W.I. The food was excellent. I got the snapper with risotto cake. I have to admit, normally I am not a risotto fan, but that cake was definitely delish! It had the perfect balance of soft on the inside and crunchy (toasted sesame seeds) on the outside. The fish was cooked to perfection. Of course the red pepper coulis, just added the extra little flavor profile. I have to admit, it was a great experience. My friend actually got their beef, and apparently, if you order it cooked to medium, it tastes like filet mignon. Either ways, my food experience there was great. I have to admit, it was a bit pricy, but if you think about it, the food quality was that much better. I spent about $25 for that dish alone, and enjoyed it to the fullest. So, if you are ready to treat yourself to a nice meal sometime, feel free to visit Golden Rock for dinner. Bonus points: this place is super romantic, with candle lit lighting everywhere. Definitely worth a visit sometime! Happy eats!
